DYNACOAT-HT serves as a high-temperature secondary emulsifier in oil- and synthetic-based drilling fluid systems.The combination of DYNAMUL-HT and DYNACOAT-HT has excellent emulsification capability. It enhances the thermal stability of the invert emulsion, strengthens the control on HPHT fluid loss. Proved by a series of tests on diesel-based, white oil-based and synthetic-based drilling fluids, at working temperature as high as 232°C (450°F) ,the combination of DYNAMUL-HT and DYNACOAT-HT can maintain high emulsion stability, low HPHT fluid loss and desired mud rheology.
